In Parallel is an awesome debut album release by indie band Extra Arms, fronted by Taiwanese American Dave Yang, a non-conventional musician/writer/noise engineer. Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Extra Arms is comprised of Dave Yang (vocals, guitars), Daniel Benjamin (drums), Matt Haar (guitars) and Max Kimbrel (bass). They’ve been creating great music for several years, but only recently have been getting wider play and much-deserved excellent reviews.
As a new band, Extra Arms is in the running for Billboard’s “Heatseeker” chart. If they can keep their momentum going and make a sizable mark with their first week of album sales/digital downloads, they will make it on to the Billboard charts to gain even more national attention.
