After a break from the holidays, we are back for another Taiwanese Homestyle Cooking Workshop! With the Lantern Festival (last day of Lunar New Year) in mind, we will feature Tang Yuan, both savory and sweet glutinous rice balls! Tang Yuan is traditionally eaten with family and the many round balls represent togetherness. Come join the TAP family in learning how to make delicious rice balls and share with them with your family and friends in the future!
Cost: $30
The hands-on workshop time is 3 hours long and size is limited to the first 16 people who pay through EventBrite https://www.eventbrite.com/e/taiwanese-homestyle-cooking-tang-yuan-rice-balls-tickets-10423748713. Chase QuickPay to jane.huang@tap-la.org. Unfortunately, no refunds available. One person per ticket. Confirmation of this event will be receipt of payment through EventBrite.
