In celebrating Thanksgiving, Taiwanese American Professionals – Los Angeles (TAP-LA)’s 3rd Taiwanese Homestyle Cooking Workshop will feature a Taiwanese turkey dinner you can make at home! We will be introducing a new chef who will provide instructions and demos for all the dishes. Then it will be YOUR turn to try making it. Dinner will be served at the end with the class products.

Together we’ll be learning how to make:

– Roast turkey breast with soy-honey glaze
– Taiwanese sticky rice stuffing (“yo fan”)
– Deviled eggs with Sriracha, wasabi & five-spice
– Longbeans with chili garlic sauce
– Candied ginger whipped cream to serve with pie
…and more!

Cost: $45

Due to the special edition of this month’s cooking workshop, class is longer (4 hours instead of the normal 3 hours) and size is limited to the first 10 people who pay through eventbrite (https://www.eventbrite.com/event/7048988715). You will receive confirmation through email after payment is finalized. Unfortunately, no refunds are available.

Food, drinks, and instruction is included in the price. Please be on time so you don’t miss the important cooking instructions.

Taiwanese Homestyle Cookbook will be on sale for $20 at the event. We will be using this as our recipe guide for all our Taiwanese cooking workshops.

Free street parking available.
