The North American Taiwanese Women’s Association – 2nd generation (NATWA II) cordially invites folks in the Southern California area to join them for lunch at Zip Sushi (http://zipizakaya.com/). After lunch, they will take a walking tour of Little Tokyo and the historic Olvera Street in downtown Los Angeles. Feel free to join them for lunch, the walking tour, or both. Lily Wang, who spoke at the NATWA convention this past April, will be in town and joining everyone.
If you missed Dr. Wang’s panel at the NATWA convention, make sure to read the recap written by Mo Hawthorne at http://wp.me/P1dQPH-8W
If you’re planning to join just for the walking tour (compliments of NATWAII) we will meet in front of the Japanese American National Museum (1st and Alameda) at 2:15PM.
Street parking in downtown is free on Sunday. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Hope to see you there!
Any questions, please contact NATWAII co-coordinator Deana Chuang at email@example.com
