Join Taiwanese American Professionals – San Diego (TAP-SD) for a fun afternoon of cooking some delicious Taiwanese food. Focusing on the basics, this interactive cooking class will have you amazing all your friends with an authentic Taiwanese classic.
Menu Item Revealed: Taiwanese Meatballs (a.k.a. Ba Wan / 肉圓)
Please bring two small rice bowls (heat proof). This will ensure we remain environmentally friendly and that you can identify your own creations at the end of the class (steaming process).
