The Taiwanese American Professionals (TAP) cordially invites you to attend the 7th Annual Banquet & Casino Night!

TAP is a young professional’s network and is an affiliate of TACL. TAP is a National organization with chapters across the country, including major cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. Its mission is to improve the quality of life of Taiwanese Americans in the US, with programs that serve to benefit all ages, but especially the youth. TAP is now the largest network of young Taiwanese American professionals in the US. This network has grown to over 8,000 strong (nationally) and continues to expand as we develop community-oriented leaders through professional development, community service, and social networking programs.

This year, TAP is holding their fundraiser banquet on August 20, 2011, at Cicada in Downtown Los Angeles. The banquet is an opportunity to celebrate the organization, honor the accomplishments of celebrated leaders and to bring together local business leaders, community members, individuals, friends and family, and our youth. In past years, the banquets have been able to attract distinguished honorees and guests, including State Controller John Chiang, State Assemblyman Ted Lieu, actress Michelle Krusiec, Broadway singer Welly Yang, film director Justin Lin, community advocate TsuAnn Kuo, singer Vienna Teng, actor Jimmy Tsai, and community leader HoChie Tsai. A few of our past notable performers include 大支 (DOG G), Dawen, Instant Noodle Crew, Kalia Yu’s Nylon Pink, Dianna Li, and many more!

Don’t miss out on this wonderful event! There’s a good chance you’ll be walking away with some great prizes worth your dinner ticket fee!
