Throughout the workshop, Thomas will teach you how to brew tea and explain Taiwanese tea history, the effect of water temperature on tea, and how to detect the aroma and color of the tea before consumption.
The Berkeley event is co-sponsored by UC Berkeley’s Taiwanese American Student Association and Taiwanese Student Association. It is also sponsored by UC Berkeley’s ASUC (student government) and East Asian Union.
