The Taiwanese American Organization (TAO) at UC Irvine will be conducting a Yuan Xiao celebration before their Lantern Festival. Join for some festivities with yummy Tang Yuan (Sticky Rice Ball) Tasting and some fun arts and crafts with red envelopes!
