Want to make a real difference for young students in SF? Take part in Hands on Bay Area’s “Be the Change Day” by helping Jumpstart SF build activity kits for preschoolers. You will volunteer alongside fellow Taiwanese American Professionals – SF / Bay area (TAP-SF) members as well as other “Be the Change Day” volunteers.

Together volunteers will build activity kits that will be given to the families of preschoolers. The goal is to link the curriculum that preschoolers learn in the classroom to their home life and support and empower families to bring literacy into their homes.

This is a great opportunity to contribute back to a great program while working with your friends, meeting new people and learning about additional opportunities. Also, this is a great event to attend if you’re interested in participating in TAP’s Community Service Committee. For those who are interested, we will try and get lunch nearby after the event too.

If you have any questions, please email TAP-SF Community Service Chair at wilson.tsao@tacl.org
