Student Leaders: Apply for ITASA National Board

The National Board of the Intercollegiate Taiwanese American Students Association (ITASA) is looking for student leaders to join their 2010-2011 National Board. ITASA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to the Taiwanese American collegiate student community. Through events, programs, and resources that we provide, we seek to explore and celebrate the Taiwanese American identity, in order to inspire, empower, and activate the communities we serve.

We are looking for those dedicated to the idea of the Taiwanese American student community. Those who have begun to understand and know it, those who want to learn more about it, those who seek to do more for it, and those who will work tirelessly with a team and independently for the community, whether it be coordinating annual conferences, running leadership retreats, assembling resources to reach out to college students, or developing unprecedented programs.

Why Apply?

As a part of ITASA’s National Board, you will have the chance to gain invaluable experience in the non-profit realm, applicable to fields ranging from education to public relations to finance and to management. You will be part of a national movement with a real chance of making an impact on people. And you can’t forget the lifelong friends and connections you will make as a part of ITASA’s National Board. Join us in reaching above and beyond towards an experience you will always cherish and never forget.
