DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Annual Hello Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival is returning to the streets of New York! \nIn 2017\, the New York Times published an article calling tapioca pearls “blobs” and referred to bubble tea as “exotic.” Readers sounded off\, and the Times revised their piece. Despite the proliferation of bubble tea beyond Chinatown\, Flushing\, and Sunset Park\, there are still people out there who know nothing about Taiwan’s “National drink.” So we took a stab at the situation with the first ever Bubble Tea festival in Times Square. \nThis year\, we are teaming up with JapanFes on 9/21 to present this chewy drink to New Yorkers. Besides the vendors\, Lab B Bubble Tea Arts installations will be on site for all your IG poses! This is going to be one of kind festival so make a note on your calendar! \nTasting tickets will be available soon. The ticket will entitle visitors to sample from all bubble tea vendors plus specially imported Bubble Tea Popsicle from Taiwan! \n
