DESCRIPTION:Formosan Association for Public Affairs (FAPA) is planning their first ever West Coast Leadership Retreat! \nThis program is designed to accomplish two goals:\n1. Train future leaders in Taiwanese activism through skill-based workshops and discussions\n2.
