SUMMARY:Attend the 2016 ITASA East Coast Conference at UMD
DESCRIPTION:We are proud to present to you the ITASA East Coast Conference: Routes (Roots) of Action occurring February 11th-13th\, 2016 at the University of Maryland\, College Park. This conference will act as a guide for you to reflect on your roots and foundation in order to understand which route is right for you. \nOur conference consists of three days full of intriguing workshops\, exciting events\, and plenty of opportunities to build lifelong friendships! \nOur keynote speaker is Chieh Huang who is currently the CEO and co-founder of Boxed Wholesale which has raised over $35 million in funding. Before co-founding Boxed Wholesale\, Chieh Huang was also the CEO of Astro Ape\, one of the first mobile social gaming studios and the Director of Zynga Mobile NY\, the fastest and most efficient game team within Zynga. \nWe will have workshops given by a variety of speakers such as Juliet Bui\, a Public Health Analyst at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)\, Dena Chang\, a Taiwanese singer/songwriter\, Jonathan Chen\, the co-founder of FiscalNote\, Jenny Yang\, a writer and stand up comedian\, and much more. \nThe events we will be having include our free Shaved Ice event\, DC Trip\, Terpzone Hangout\, TAP-DC Ice Cream Social\, Career Fair\, and much more! \nFor more information on the workshops and events we will be having and to register\, please go to our website at www.eastcoast.itasa.org or go to: http://ter.ps/eccregister. \nAny questions/concerns?
