My mom stopped what she was doing and started walking over. For a moment I thought she might be coming to give me a hug but instead she took my head in real close and said something like \u201cknock that off\u201d  in a low voice. She never had to threaten punishment or really raise her voice \u2014 one icy look was usually enough!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the most important thing you have learned from your mother?<\/strong> <em>(\u59b3\u5f9e\u6bcd\u89aa\uff0f\u5973\u5152\u5b78\u5230\u7684\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u751a\u9ebc?)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Always take care of yourself first. Be the best you can be.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us about the ways that your mother makes you proud.<\/strong> <em>(\u59b3\u6bcd\u89aa\uff0f\u5973\u5152\u8b93\u4f60\u611f\u5230\u9a55\u50b2\u7684\u662f\u751a\u9ebc?)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Too many to list here! She balances career and home (and my dad traveled a lot), leads by example, tireless work-ethic, always put-together (no going out in sweats!), and is always willing to try new things.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As time has gone on, how has your relationship with your mother changed?<\/strong> <em>(\u96a8\u8457\u5e74\u6b72\u7684\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u59b3\u5011\u6bcd\u5973\u95dc\u4fc2\u6709\u600e\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u8b8a\u5316?)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I have always respected and admired my mother, but now that I have children of my own, that respect and admiration grown exponentially.
