She would always teach me a few words or phrases in Taiwanese from books or songs and show me different types of Taiwanese food and what made them unique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us about one of your earliest memories of your mother.<\/strong> <em>(\u59b3\u5c0d\u6bcd\u89aa\u6700\u65e9\u7684\u8a18\u61b6\u662f\u751a\u9ebc?)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>One of my earliest memories with my mother is when I was only maybe one or two and I distinctly remember playing in a courtyard with my mom. She taught me a game where you tried to stomp on as many red berries on the ground (fallen from the tree above) as you could and I remember having the time of my life squishing away at the berries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us about how your mother inspires you.<\/strong> <em>(\u59b3\u7684\u6bcd\u89aa\uff0f\u5973\u5152\u5982\u4f55\u6fc0\u52f5\u59b3?)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>My mom inspires me because she is such a talented person in so many areas. She has a beautiful singing voice (which I lack), calm personality, strong work ethic, great sense of neatness and organization, and a deep wisdom and knowledge that inspires me to try to be like her as I grow older and go off to college.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As time has gone on, how has your relationship with your mother changed?<\/strong> <em>(\u96a8\u8457\u5e74\u6b72\u7684\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u59b3\u5011\u6bcd\u5973\u95dc\u4fc2\u6709\u600e\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u8b8a\u5316?)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>My mom used to be my guardian and playmate and friend, but she has grown to be my mentor and still, of course, my dearest friend.
