Taiwanese American Professionals – Austin (TAP-Austin) is hosting a Taiwanese Music Jam featuring four bands traveling to Austin from Taiwan. We are proud to present OVDS, Sign of Human, DWAGIE and local Taiwanese American artists in concert on Sunday, March 22nd from 1 to 4:30pm. The Taiwanese Music Jam will be held at Salvage Vanguard Theater on 2803 E Manor Rd, Austin, TX 78722.

About the bands:
International electronic band, OVDS, is leading Taiwan’s music revolution. The six member band consisting of dual frontmen Kalis and Gioreno, KITrust (Programmer / Producer), Hann (Guitar), S.D. (Drums), and Pocky (VJ), is pioneering a new sound combining deep bass, electronic, and rock genres.
Dwagie is a Taiwanese rapper, songwriter, and TV personality who has become a staple in the local hiphop scene since his first album, Lotus From the Tongue, was released in 2002. Gaining an increasing amount of international media attention, Dwagie has been featured in TIME Magazine, Reuters, CNN, BBC, the Discovery Channel, and more.
The Sign of Human
The Sign Of Human (tnfh) is a Taiwanese psychedelic shoegaze band, formed in 2011 at Taipei. All songs are written with omniscient point of view in Chinese lyrics, to telling us about the people who feel lost and alone.They played opening for White Lies (UK), Flaming Lips (US), Explosions in the Sky (US).
