Singer-songwriter Dawen Opens West Coast Tour for Wanting

One of the most talented Taiwanese American singer-songwriters we know, Dawen, moved to Taipei in 2012 to develop his music career. Dawen’s first Mandarin single, “A Change of Heart” debuted on episode 9 of the Taiwanese idol drama, Lady Maid Maid (愛情女僕), and ever since then he has been gaining even more popularity. In recent months, he has been breaking out on the Taiwanese and Asian music charts. Now, he will be returning Stateside and opening for Chinese Canadian artist Wanting as she tours the West Coast.

We can’t praise Dawen enough for his smooth and sexy sounds, his artistry and talent, and his personal drive. Plus, he’s just one of the nicest and most gracious guys we know. He’s a true pop star for the fans, and TaiwaneseAmerican.org has been a fan since his humble beginnings!

As the opener for Wanting, the West Coast tour stops include Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle.
