Want to get more involved with Taiwanese American Professionals – New York (TAP-NY)? Come to our Volunteer Open House to learn more about TAP, exciting volunteer opportunities and our dedicated Board. We’re looking for help to grow TAP and to grow the Taiwanese American community in New York. Walk away meeting other like-minded individuals and the opportunity to be a leader in the community. Refreshments and FUN will be served! We also invite our current and past volunteers to attend so we can thank you for all your help.
There are many ways that you can help build a stronger Taiwanese American community in New York, including:
– Planning social events to bring members closer together
– Educating and empowering TAP members through professional networking and speaker series
– Getting TAP members more in touch with Taiwanese culture
– Giving back with community service
– Meeting and greeting members at TAPpy Hours and other events
– Helping to shape and design TAP’s image
– Communicating with members through our website and multimedia
