Do you miss the food that you had last time in a Taiwanese night market? Taiwanese American Professionals – San Diego (TAP-SD) is hosting an event where you can learn how to cook a popular traditional Taiwanese dish!
You will be watching the cooking demonstration of red cooked pork, stewed eggs and veggies on rice and also boba milk tea. The cooking demo will be given by a teacher. Plus, they will have a cold plate of seaweed, jellyfish, cold tofu, and Hainan chicken as appetizers (*contents may vary) and a taro layer cake with whipped cream frosting and fresh fruits on top! Yummy!
