Austin-Taichung Sister Cities Committee hosts this year’s annual Taiwan Culinary Art Show, a cooking demonstration by renowned chef from Taiwan and a 7 course dinner prepared by the chef at Fortune Seafood Restaurant. Come spend an unforgettable culinary adventure learning tips, tricks and the secrets of cooking Chinese cuisine. This year will feature award winning Chef Song-Lian Wu of Hung Kuang University in Taiwan, known for his extraordinary food carving skills, turning vegetables and fruit into beautiful delectable art sculptures.
