Tea is a great media to introduce Taiwan’s history and culture. And in the words of Thomas Shu, the Ambassador of Taiwan Tea, “brewing tea is a happy journey.”

Thomas Shu presents a fun workshop and an opportunity for audience to participate in making and tasting Taiwan teas. The workshop also introduces some basic Taiwan history, geography, Hakka Tea Mountain Love songs, and rap. Yes, we said it, rap.

About the Speaker
Thomas Shu, is a third-generation tea specialist from Taiwan, where his family has been conducting tea business for more than sixty (60) years. He works with many major tea companies and premium tea importers from Asia, Europe, and the United States. With his proficient expertise and extensive knowledge in the industry, Thomas Shu has become a professional instructor for the World Tea Expo as well as a popular speaker at many conventions, conferences, and educational institutes throughout the United States.
