Taiwanese American Professionals Society of Seattle (TAPS) hosts this professional series event.

“Where do you see yourself in five years?” is a popular interview question. But how do you best answer this question?

EVENT:
Please join TAPS Professional Development Chair Hang Chen on an interactive discussion about achieving your dreams within 5 years (or whatever time frame works best for you). We will also explore about integrating your Asian and American cultural values in thriving and adapting in a 21st century dynamic world!

QUESTIONS:
• Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 15 years?
• Do you have dreams and goals you want to accomplish?
• Have you put together a plan and steps to achieve your goals?
• How do your Asian and American values play a role in making your plan happen?
• Can you adapt your plan in an ever-changing worldt?

SPEAKER:
Hang Chen currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an engineering development project at The Boeing Company. His professional/community leadership roles include TAPS Professional Development Chair, National Representative of the Seattle Chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP-Seattle), and Advisory Council Leader of the Puget Sound Chapters of the Boeing Asian American Professional Association (BAAPA). Hang’s passions include mentoring and developing the next generation of Asian and non-Asian American leaders and helping others achieve their dreams.
